The Hooper is completely blue, exept for a strip of red scales down its back. Its eyes are completely yellow, and a mouth that makes up a quarter of its body houses a tiny row of sharp, dangerous teeth.

The Hooper is a small, blue dragon. It never reaches a size beyond one foot in length. A red stripe runs down the back, which changes tint according to mating season. Its claws are large, but due to the good upper arm strength it causes no problem to the dragon. Inside the large mouth of the dragon, is rows of tiny, sharp teeth. Mainly ment for as much puncture of the skin of prey, so that it would bleed quickly and die. The tail is very long, reaching up to 2 feet in length. Along the sides are tiny and sharp hooks. When the Hooper whips its tail, the hooks hold on and rip whatever they catch. They get their name from their unique tail, since the claws on the side of their tail are almost hoop shaped

Hoopers usually live alone, but it is known that they will band together to hunt or to mate. The race is a intelligent one, and doesn't require much in conpanionship. Usually Hoopers are found in quiet forests or mountains, and make their homes in small crevaces or holes.

Combat
During fighting, the Hooper's favourite type of attack is to fly past its opponent and lash out with its tail, teeth, and claws, then fly out of harms way. The Hooper also does this quite rapidly, and creates a high pitched screeching sound. The sound does little but annoy its opponent.

Hoopers are immune to sleep and paralysis effects. Hoopers also have darkvision with a range of 60 feet and low-light vision. Their claws are armour piercing, and they can spit lighting up to 10 feet. The Hooper are fast enough to dodge slow weapons, and their scales are immune to small weapons. When wounded, the Hooper heal quickly and can be fully healed from a death blow in one hour.

Society
The Hooper communicate with the highly advanced language of Kath, which includes not only words, but facial expressions to communicate very detailed messages. Usually they spend most of their time alone, but will attach themselves to another creature as entertainment or an easier method of hunting. During mating, the Hooper finds one mate, and then never has contact again.

This creature has not yet been play tested.
