The neoelf is the most powerful subrace of elves. They are true masters of the arcane arts, along with supreme versitality. They are utterly good and free-spirited, and have rarely been seen. Only certain gray elves have been known to have spoken to a neoelf.

Neoelves can stand anywhere from 6 feet to 7 feet tall, weighing in at around 100 to 110 pounds. Females are slightly taller and lighter, around 90 to 100 pounds. Neoelves have lagoon blue, near perfect skin. Despite their appearing fragility, they are actually quite tough and strong. Neoelves are vegans, since they are very close to nature and take up paths such as the druid. Neoelves do not like to fight, only doing battle if no other measure can be taken. Neoelves like to live in the deepest forests and jungles, although they can tolerate colder climes.

Combat
Neoelves use ambushes, sneak attacks, using their forest cover to their advantage and using longbows to strike theirtargets. If the enemy persists, they move in with longswords. They have been known to fight with incredible grace and speed.

Neoelf Traits (Ex): Neoelves have the same basic traits as high elves, along with the following: Acid, cold, electricity and fire resistance 5. Neoelves are immune to non-beneficial, mind-affecting spells and effects (such as bane or doom).

Skills: Neoelves gain a +8 racial bonus to Hide checks when in their native enviroment.

Society
Neoelves have a matriarichal society, led by a queen, who are known to be the most fair in court. Neoelf queens have a court of consulters to assist her in major decisions, such what to judge. Neoelves have no strict laws, only basic and easy-to-follow laws. Neoelf queens are usually druids or clerics, while her consulters are usually clerics. The males are still treated as equals in neoelf society. The worst enemies of the neoelves are the orcs, and will fight them on sight.

The neoelf has every class as his or her favored class, although neoelves cannot be barbarians. Since neoelves have taking a smattering of all the PC classes, the neoelf takes no experience penalty when multiclassing.

The deity of the neoelves is Vuliai, a deity of nature and goodness. She is on good terms with Ehlonna and other nature deities. Clerics of Vuliai can choose two of the following domains: Animal, Chaos, Good, Plant and Sun.
