Living in places high of lectricity or in thunderstorms. Tendu'Rinnan are the masters of lightning.
Tendu'Rinnan appear to be human, but they have long, pointed ears and much more hair. Tendu'Rinnan have long tails similar to a lions tail. Their skin and hair show a ting of blue, and their eyes are balls of electrical energy.
Tendu'Rinnan fly with thunderstorms. Eighter in their alternate forms as a raven or in their real forms by shaping the magnetic fields around them.
Combat
Tendu'Rinnans tned to blast enemies with their spell-like abilities and then finish them off with a paralyzing gaze. They don't kill if they don't have to.
Fey have low-light vision.
Gaze (Su): 1d6 electricity and paralyzation for 1d3 hours.
Alternate Form (Su): Tendu'Rinnan have two alternate forms. One as a raven with blue feathers, and the other is of a small cat with blue fur. Changing is a full-round action that provokes an attack of oppurtunity.
Spell-like abilities: At will: light. 2/day: shocking grasp, sleep. 1/day lightning bolt. As cast by a sorcerer of level 15.
