It's appearence gives it's name, Ballitei are constructed from spells with a sphere-based radius.

Ballitei tend to guard their territory, which they claim if available, so they are ideal for guarding an area without giving simple commands. To make one: It costs 500 XP and requires that you can cast at least a 5th level spell with a sphereical radius. It takes 10 minutes of holy chanting to complete the process. You must rest for 3 hours before making another one.

Combat
Ballitei tend to fight by rolling around, naturally. Otherwise, it prefers no tactics over others.

Constructs are immune to mind influencing effects and to poison, sleep, paralysis, stunning, disease, death effects, and necromatic effects. They are not subject to critical hits, subdual damage, ability damage, ability drain, or energy drain. They are immune to anything that requires a Fortitude save (unless it also workd on objects). They are not at risk from death from massive damage, but when they are reduced to 0 hit points they are destroyed. Constructs can not be raised or ressurected. Constructs have darkvision with a range of 60 feet.

Society
Ballitei tend to be used for guarding a large area, due to their self-concious mind. They will usually run for their unguarded territory if there is an intruder, even. But they prefer not to rely on their wit attacking.

This creature has not yet been play tested.
This is not a kender type creature.
