Elemental ring of lots of neat gems

Description: Well, it's a ring, and it's got a ball on top the size of my fist, but it dosen't weigh anything, and it won't come off unless you want it to, and it has about a hundred little gems on it, that are equally spaced out.
History: I think it was made by some really powerful mage, because I found it when I visited this mage who was alone is his tower, and he was so happy to see me that he cried, and I was playing with it in his treasure-room, and he teleported me away with it!
How it Works: Weel, each of the little gems does a different thing, for instance there are two blue ones next to each other, and one makes a tornado, and the other one heals you, at least that's what it used to do, because the gems move around every once in a while, so I went to heal someone and got a red and a green. But one at the top never moves, and it makes wind you can (usually) control, and it's the only one I use often, but I know they are all elemental, and do all sorts of neat stuff. I think that one of them is a fireball(It's yellow) and there should be a Breath Underwater but I'm not sure, and I think that there's a. . . .
