Description:

History: Made by a rather artistic dwarf who was passing by gully dwarf territory, when he was ambushed by a band of viscious gully dwarves (ooohhhh). In exchange for his life, he gave them the ring, which was then made spellworthy by the only known gully dwarf mage! (who was later killed in a feather- fall/continual light /fireball spell incident. dont ask for details)

How it Works: it allows the wearer (who must be a kender) to communicate and get along with gully dwarves. When in the presence of gully dwarves, it raises the gully dwarves reactions and general attitude towards the character wearing the ring as if the character had a charisma of 20. (if already 20 then....21!!!) BUT ONLY AROUND GULLY DWARVES! got that?
