Description: It is a gold ring with a blue gem in the middle. It has runes inscribed all over it. It fits anyones finger.

History: The mage Tarohl made it for the kender twins Kala and her brother Tavin. It allows them to get to him no matter where in time and space he may be. It also lets him keep an eye on them throgh it's gem, but don't tell them.

How it Works: It allows the twins to teleport anywhere in time and space. But they can't use it to get into places they're not supposed to be. They have magic lock picks for that.
