Description: It is a simple Hoopak with paint to look as black sky with small flaming bird on the top.
Near the top is a set of runes that is nearly impossible for
anyone to Make out what they mean.

History: It was created, persay, by pheonixflight glidewing. He stubled apon a wounded bird
he helped it live till it's wound healed. To repay this act of kindness, the bird Enscribed
a few magicl runes near the top to help him live. While adventuring,
Pheonixflight was attacked by a group of ogres. He used the as a missle
weapon and a huge fire ball shot out and killed the ogres. After Pheonixflight died the bird came back for the hoopak
and hid it in a place where it is nearly impossible to find.
In a legend about this occation it is said.. "the bird took the hoopak to a time when
the flames fell from the sky." Maybe meaning the bird took it back to
before the cataclysm and maybe even put it on, the now submerged, Istar.d
