This is one powerful beast!

Behemoths are very rare, and not often seen. They are large purple beasts with four legs, and a tail. They also have two long horns, which serves as their primary weapon. Behemoths eat most ordinary animals, which they gore with their long horns. Surprisingly, they never kill except for food, or when something attacks them. You will usually find a behemoth in mountainous regions. However, they are very rare, and like to keep to themselves, avoiding others. If you develop a friendship with behemoth, however, they prove to be extremely loyal. they often become the steeds of a humanoid friend. Behemoths are not evil, as is believed by some because of their appearance. They are merely shy.

Combat
Behemoths almost never kill(except for food). However, when aroused, they are deadly foes. A behemoth likes to use its powerful horns to gore its enemies. However, it can also bite or claw foes, as well as using its long tail. Behemoths are also intelligent, however, and can use strategies to defeat a powerful adversary.

Magical beasts have darkvision with a range of 60 feet and low-light vision.

Society
Behemoths are usually loners, prefering not to be in the company of others. However, if they do mate, it is for life. A behemoth cares greatly for its mate, and, if the mate is slain, the behemoth will not rest until it tracks down and kills the one(s) responsible.
