Description: What does it look like?This hoopak is made of an unknown blue material that seems like wood. And has many white stars decorating the shaft.

History: Who made it? How did you find it? It was crafted by a red robed wizard for a Kender friend, but he died before he received it. So the mage overcome with grief tossed it out the window of his high tower and it landed on Ryluz's head. Ever since that day, he thought it was a gift from the gods. But everyone else knows better...

How it Works: What does it do? How does it work? It is a Hoopak +3. When it is whirled around the head it casts a powerful sleep spell on those within a 30' radius. There is a 20% chance that this would effect the wielder. The spell effects 8d4 HD worth of creatures but it wont effect creatures with more than 7-HD, no save allowed. The curse is that the Kender will always believe that its from the gods, no matter how much you argue with him...
