Description: It appears to be a ring made of fine mitheral with a large multi-facited diamond placed in the center.

History: It was made by a wizard who idealized the Kender, (funny huh?). He died while creating the ring, for it was his finest acheivement.

How it Works: When worn by a kender, it allows them to the the future, (if it involves them creating havok). And when any other race puts the ring on they start acting, in all respects, like a kender. This allows them to "borrow" items from complete strangers, cause chaos wherever they go, and enjoy the thrills of no fear.
