Description: It looks like an ordanary hoopak except that it is platinum not wood.

History: The 5th age Hoopak was created as one of many parting gifts to kender kind. this artifact can only work in the hands of kender. The Hoopak was found by FuzzFoot WoodChip along with many other 5th age weapons. He has kindly givin it to the kencyclopedia for better usages.

How it Works: The Hoopak of the 5th age can cause 4d9 points damage on any creature. it can establish a link to the Irda for communication (if they feel like listening).
