The Incredible Shrinking Hoopak

Description: When it is in it's original state it looks like a Hoopak made out of tooth-picks. When the magic words are said it grows into a full sized Hoopak. When it is in it's shrunken state it is as hard as steel and impossible to break.

History: This was created by a wizard called Sajun Helrok who owned a favor to a kender who had given back a vial which his enemy had stolen. So the wizard gave to the kender, Dizzy Hat-trick, a Hoopak which can be hidden anywhere. The Hoopak has been passed through the hands of hundreds of kender. I myself had it last week.

How it Works: Like I said the abilities of the Hoopak are that it shrinks and grows. My warning is not to have it pointed at your face when it does this or you'll get a real BONK! That way actuall it can be used as a weapon,,, Well, anyways another use for it is as a lockpick. A trick I discovered is if placed in a lock and the magic words are recited it will blow the lock away. The full sized Hoopak is just like the average everyday Hoopak.
