Description: A copper ring with a small jewel that swirls around a lot and can sometimes hypnotise you if you're not careful.

History: This is the most feared magical item in existance, espically when worn by a kender. It was created long ago and thankfully buried at the bottom of Blood Sea until Chaos recently calmed the sea. This item seems to posses an intelligence of somesort.and will move on from owner to owner seemily on its own. No one knows who created this item as it was lost before the first catclysm.

How it Works: This ring only works when the wearer unconsciously wants something to happen. The effects are almost always detrimental in some way. though never directly to the wearer. The effects are completly random and can be in the form of spells, creatures, items, etc. appearing, disappering. moving, altering or anything. There is no way to stop this effect and it can ignore any spells, powers or similar effects that would normally prevent something from occuring. This ring reflects all spells and effects that try to destroy it of affect it in any way back on the caster. If the wearer purposefully thinks something the ring will not work.
