Description: A charred aspen hoopak with the copper point and leather sling in perfect condition.

History: I made it and how it was made is I started a fire for light and enchanted the hoopak to give good thoughts to the user of the hoopak. This was in the 4th Age, however, so after this I was very tired and went to sleep. During my sleep I accidentally pushed the hoopak into the fire, which screwed up the enchantment very badly.

How it Works: Now the enchantment gives taunts to the enemies of the user directly to the head of the user. It also keeps the hoopak looking like it did after I put out the fire and it will never break. This only works if you are a kender. If a non-kender uses this weapon, the first hit does half damage and the hoopak breaks and the enchantment is gone forever.
